Technical Specifications and Features of 5 HP Chaff Cutter:
We Manufacture Steel Geared Power Driven Chaff Cutter with Upward as well as Downward Blower attachment which is ideal to use in farms, where there are more than 100 or more animals. This machine is mounted on Heavy Angle Legs and Braces which allows easy bolting on the Floor. We provide Bevel Pinion Gear system which is helpful in changing the motion (Reverse and Forward) instantly.
Our cutters are efficient in eradicating unnecessary accidents as it is very easy and safe to use. With the help of Gear the length of the cut can be changed. The six blades fitted to the machine, throw the chaffed material upto 12 to 15 feet away from the machine.

- RPM required is 500 to 550
- Output of the Machine is 3000 Kgs. To 3500 Kgs. Per Hour.
- Length of cut 3/8" to 1/2" and 1/2" to 5/8".
- Operates on 5 H.P Electric Motor or any Diesel engine of the same capacity
